Does the $49 plug in diffuser have a fragrance with it

Hi there I just purchased the bundle but there is no smell at all, have I done something wrong? I took off the cap, clipped it in then plugged it in.. there’s been no smell at all come from it, any advice be appreciated

We recommend placing your device in a well ventilated area to ensure there is enough air flow to help the fragrance travel throughout your space. How many square meters does the plugin diffuser cover?. I have a 3 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms ans a living, dining and kitchen open plan.

Hi Laurian, thank you for your question! Our Plug-In Diffuser is best suited for medium to large rooms with adequate ventilation. It’s designed to gently fragrance your space, and for the best experience, we recommend using it in open or well-ventilated areas i.e. lounge, kitchen. The placement and airflow will impact how the fragrance travels throughout your home. Depending on the bedroom size, we would recommend one for each room. Can you refill the flask with your refill bags or must we buy a new flask every time?

Hi Cheryl! Thank you for your question, the diffusion process for our Reed Diffuser vs our Plug-In Diffuser is quite different, so unfortunately, the refills aren’t interchangeable. The liquid compositions are different due to the diffusing methods and one is more concentrated than the other so tempering with the Flask could cause issues with the Plug-In unit. Although, our Fragrance Flasks are considered a refill option - I will pass this feedback on to our product development team.
